Right of Withdrawal → 撤销权

In compliance with EU consumer law and other applicable regulations in our target markets, consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase contract within the statutory withdrawal period (usually 14 calendar days from the date of delivery) without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Conditions

Products must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories intact.

Refund Process

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product, excluding return shipping costs (unless the product is defective).

Exceptions

Customized products, digital products, and other items exempt from withdrawal rights under local law are not eligible for withdrawal.
